The Kitchen

Our kitchen is built around fire and season. We cook with Québec produce, lake fish, and carefully raised meat, letting smoke, embers, and time do the work. The menu changes as the weather does, but the centre of the room always stays the same: a hearth that turns simple ingredients into something worth gathering for.

When dinner winds down, the back room keeps the same timber and low light, but the felt comes out. Northwood Table hosts live Texas Hold'em nights, dealer-led tables, and beginner-friendly sessions. Every game is offline, in person, and limited to guests aged 18 and over.
